COOKER-DRIER SEMI-AUTOMATIC / AUTOMATIC TYPE
Finale make Supercooker which hydrolyse, sterilise and dries all feathers, offal, heads, hocks, meat, bones, soft tissue into protein rich feed additive of superior quality & good market value. Batch Cookers are suitable for all types of slaughterhouse waste of chickens, goat, sheep, cattle etc. and moreover this batch Cooker also processes Hatchery waste like egg shells, infertile eggs, discarded chicks, whole birds’ mortalities.

VAPOUR HANDLING SYSTEM / AIR COOLED CONDENSER
Finale manufactures both Water cooled & Air Cooled Condenser systems suitable for processing hot process vapour of batch Cooker rendering.
Our Condenser system is uniquely designed as per the size of batch Cooker. There is very minimal water loss in this system because our unique design does not waste precious water during cooling of hot process gases.
ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL
For ease of operation, we give complete electrical panel for operating entire plant machinery. All our electrical components are of Seimens/Schneider electric or equivalent brands.
DE-ODORIZING SYSTEM
Rendering process gases have foul smell which cause nuisance to surrounding community and for addressing this issue, Finale has designed unique Deodorizing system which guarantees 100% control of foul smelling gases.
